She is the Founder and CEO of Growth Gap Co., a revenue infrastructure firm, and the founder of both SavvyChic Design, a full-service digital marketing and brand agency, and EmpowrSoft, a CRM and automation platform for scaling businesses.

Born in the Philippines and now based in Georgetown, Kentucky, Joanna built her companies the way most founders do while carrying the exact problem she now solves for others. For years, she ran two
companies while being the single point of failure in both. Every decision routed through her. Every system depended on her memory. She did not have a strategy problem. She had an architecture problem. And that realization became the framework.

Today, through Growth Gap Co. and the D.A.B.A.O.
